FLEXIBLE LED DISPLAY PANEL PROGRAMMABLE 20 PATTERNS Patterns are programmable upto 20 in Left/Right placket on the LED display panel freely.
Left and right placket sewing are available with single unit.
Also, left or right placket sewing can alternate automatically, or convert separately.
Additionally, available ｔo make single or double placket pattern.
SIMPLEFIED LED DISPLAY PANEL BOARD CONTROLLER With simplified LED display panel board, pattern programming to deletion, conversion are flexiblly, freely.
Adjustment to XY direction is allowed every one pitch unit or high-low sewing speed conversion, "Thread Breakage Detector(T.B.D.)", bobbin counter, stacking are also pogrammable simply.
SIMPLY ADJUSTMENT & CORRECTION TO THE PATTERN OR STITCH MARGIN Fine adjustment and correction to the patterns are allowed on the LED panel.
Adjustable every 1mm unit.
Press CORRECTION, and select +- Ten-key.
When stitch margin correction, press "EXP/RED" allowed to expand or to deduct every 1mm upto +- 0.5mm.
ACCURATE PLAIDS MATCHING & FINE PLACKET TRIM FINISHING With two stage holding mechanism, matching plaids to the sleeve placket piece on the sleeve is allowed accurately, quickly.
But, an accurate cutting to the plaid lines.
Also, available ｔo make finest placket trim finishing, and perfoms high quality products.
FREE CHOICE OF PLACKET SEWING LENGTH Placket sewing length at placket bottom-end (straight seaming) is just enough to set to the measure (both Left/Right sides).
No need of pattern programming when length is changed.
SAVING EXTRA WORKING FOR EXCESS THREAD TRIMMING Newly designed thread catcher holds needle-thread after thread trimming.
Also, free from threading off and thread jamming when sewing starts.
FLEXIBILITIES IN MAINTENANCE Automatic Stacking supports 2 units operation by single operator.
This is very advantagous when operation is requested to another unit operation.
T.B.D. and auto bobbin winder are also available.
Bobbin counting comes up to 0 is displayed in red., for simply maintenance, sewing head tilting is allowed at one time quickly.
And, LED panel displays when maintenance is requested at one time.
PATTERN GAUGE CONVERSION When placket patterns are converted, pattern gauge production and pattern program soft (Left/Right) is programmed with "Memory Loader (option)".
Conversion is available in a few minutes.
Pattern soft is programmed in the Memory Loader and transferred into the sequencer.
Set pattern numbers and sizes on the LED display panel.
After gauge conversion, pattern numbers and sizes are programmable upto 20 Patterns.
When former pattern numbers is of no use, former pattern number can be deleted, and set new pattern.
